Im still disappointed, and I still want out of contract. I am not impressed and dont want to move forward anymore. I honestly feel there was a miscommunication somewhere. my wife sat and watched your guys for an extended period of time and she said it was sad. We have to have smooth paint on the house or the fha won't let us move in that's in charge of our loan wont give us the final write off. If you think you will have smooth paint on the house and you feel comfortable moving forward, I want to add something to the contract stating that if fha doesnt approve you will come back and fix.
